Heather is a Toronto born mama of two whose parenting journey has taken her family coast to coast across Canada. Now in Halifax, she is thrilled to be a part of the amazing Healthy Family Media team, and she writes not one or two but 3 blogs: Life Love and the Pursuit of Play, Healthy Family Living, and Creative Sides. Somewhere in between she and her hubby of 12 years attempt to keep up with their two spirited girls, 2 cats and adorable puppy!
